Our History & Future

We have been a vital part of our community for a number of years.

Our mission is simple. 

We want to make our community a better place through education and the enlisting of our citizens to bring services to those in need.

    Our adoption center opens it’s doors to our community.

  • April 1998

    We joined forces with the [name of organization] and began to serve the entire tri-cities metro area.

  • Jan 2000
    Jan 2000

    Woof outlined a comprehensive 10 year strategy and lofty goals. We revised our mission statement to include placing 98% of the animals surrendered into our local community.

  • 2005 - 2025

    Our Community Outreach program expanded and we added a Volunteer Coordinator and Program Manager. Our adoption and placement rate in our local community is at 97% and only rare cases require adoption outside of our local community.

We are in the process of building a larger facility in a more centralized location to better serve the tri-cities metro area.
